Features and advantages:
5040 is a polymerization of maleic anhydride highly efficient and stable pigment filler dispersant, it can improve the wetting of pigment filler, shorten the grinding time, stable pigment filler dispersion system, prevent pigment filler flocculation, reduce the tendency of floating color, hair, etc.. It has the characteristics of sharply reducing abrasive viscosity, improving coating storage stability, increasing gloss and leveling. At the same time, the molecular structure of 5040 introduces hydrophobic groups, which has better hydrophobicity and anchoring property.
5040 has good dispersion effect on titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, lithopone, kaolin, indigo and other inorganic pigments (fillers), especially suitable for grinding fine particle size pigments.
5040 as the main dispersant of titanium dioxide and other physical fillers can be used alone, can also be used with polyphosphates, if used with non-ionic wetting agent, can achieve the best wetting and dispersing performance, widely used in architectural coatings, a variety of water-based industrial paint and pigment concentrate slurry, has many formula advantages:
