Main application:
1. The deoxidation method of coalbed methane is the conversion of deoxidation by hydrogenation catalyst. By adjusting the flow rate, a certain amount of hydrogen is added to oxygenated coalbed methane. When passing through the high-efficiency deoxidizer bed, hydrogen and oxygen will generate water under the action of the catalyst, thus removing the oxygen in it. At present, the catalysts used are mainly HX-palladium catalysts, platinum catalysts, silver and so on
2. The deoxidation of olefin mainly includes Mn series and Cu series. Among them, Mn system deoxidizer has large oxygen capacity, is not easy to sintering, and has low cost, but its reduction and regeneration temperature is 170-350°C, which is about 20°C higher than Cu system deoxidizer and Ni system deoxidizer. The appearance of HX-manganese deoxidizer is brown black ball, which is used in the production process of polyethylene and polypropylene, and has good deoxidation performance
3. The main components of syngas are carbon monoxide and hydrogen, in addition, it contains a small amount of methane, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, etc. Carbon monoxide is an important raw material of carbon chemistry. In the process of producing organic compounds from carbon monoxide, it is necessary to control the content of sulfur and oxygen in the mixed gas
4. The main demand gases are N2, H2, O2, Ar, C2H4 and other deoxidation, ultra-pure gas manufacturing. General gas deoxidizer is rich in variety, widely used, for different air sources, different oxygen content, should choose the appropriate type of deoxidizer.
