RD-9123
Features and advantages:
RD-9123 is used as a wetting dispersant for solvent-based, solvent-free coatings and printing inks, stabilizing inorganic pigments especially titanium dioxide. Significantly reduce abrasive viscosity.
1, improve wettability, reduce the grinding time and viscosity of abrasive materials.
2, can increase the gloss of the coating, color intensity, transparency and hiding power.

Application: Recommended for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, printing inks, stable inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. At the same time, the additive can be used in acid catalytic system (such as coil coating).
Recommended dosage:
Inorganic pigments 5-10%
Titanium dioxide 2-4%
Usage: in order to obtain the best performance, the resin and solvent components are pre-mixed, slowly add additives, mix evenly, and then add pigment.
Packing: 25KG or 200KG iron drum.
Storage:Storage temperature: it is recommended to store at 20-40ºC, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: the shelf life of intact packaged products is 24 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
Matters needing attention:
1. Avoid direct contact with skin.
2. In case of accidental contact with skin, please immediately wash the skin with soapy water and clean it with water.
