RT-3074
Features and advantages:
RT-3074 spherical micron particle of silicone elastomer with epoxy group on the surface can be added to the coating, elastomer material to provide a special silky, soft, elastic touch. Due to the heat resistance, UV resistance, lubrication and other characteristics of polysiloxane itself, when RT-3074 is added to the coating and elastomer material, a special island structure is formed, giving the coating and elastomer material UV resistance, scratch resistance and other distinctive characteristics.
RT-3074 itself has the advantages of good dispersion, good lubricity, good hydrophobicity and easy flow.

Application field:

Packing: Typical packing is a 10kg plastic bag or a 25kg cardboard bucket lined with a plastic bag. The sample is in a 250g plastic bag.
Storage and precautions:
* Although the RT-3074 product has the characteristics of low dust, it is still recommended that users wear masks and safety glasses when opening the package and taking materials to strengthen their own protection.
* In order to ensure good dispersion of RT-3074 in the polymer and maximize its effectiveness, it is recommended to use dispersion equipment such as twin-screw extruders.
* RT-3074 is always stored in its original unopened packaging at no higher than 35 ° C and has a shelf life of 12 months.
