Features and advantages:
LXE is copper salt stable isothiazolone compound complex, for the international recognition of cassone class broad-spectrum low toxicity high efficiency preservative, chemical composition is 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone and 5-chlorine-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone mixture, the price is relatively low, is the first choice of water-based coating economic preservative.
LXE is suitable for water-based coatings from acidic to weakly alkaline, and has good compatibility with various surfactants and other formula materials, without affecting the color, adhesion and leveling of the coating. LXE not only has a strong inhibition of bacteria, but also has a strong bactericidal force, suitable for breeding all kinds of bacteria in the harsh environment, has excellent long-term anti-corrosion effect.

Recommended dosage: LXE is generally added when applied in mildew resistant coatings, it is recommended that the amount of LXE added is 0.1~0.2%, pay attention to avoid using in formulas with PH higher than 9.5. Do not use it in the system where the temperature is higher than 50ºC.

Application: LXE is easy to mix and can be added during grinding or paint blending. It is recommended to add before thickening agent and stir thoroughly to ensure uniform dispersion. Do not add with emulsion at the same time.

The minimum reproductive inhibitory concentration (PPM) of LXE for common bacteria is as follows:

Matters needing attention:
This product can be added in any process, but it should be avoided in 45ºC,PH above 9 conditions, it is recommended to add in the last process of production. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, eye masks and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes, and seek medical treatment.
