Features and advantages:
6900-20X is a slurry thixotropic agent composed of refined modified polyamide compounds. Forming strong network structure in paints, printing inks and coatings, with excellent thixotropic properties and good dispersity, providing excellent anti-flow, anti-settlement and thickening effects.
1.Easy to disperse, only need to stir can be added to the coating system. No coarse particles, no particles, with excellent stability;
2. Improve the dispersion stability and thixotropy of the system, suitable for anti-sedimentation of pigments such as dumb powder, glass powder, filler, aluminum silver paste, copper gold powder, pearlite powder; Help aluminum powder, pearlite powder scale orientation orderly, enhance the flash effect;
3. Good compatibility with resin, smooth without affecting gloss, and can moderately improve the wear-resisting hardness of the paint film;

Application scope:
1, suitable for all kinds of solvent - based or solvent - free non - water coatings, ink, sealant, uv curing system, etc.
2, applicable solvent systems such as toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and ethanol, etc.
3, mainly used in the following resin based primer, filler and aluminum powder, pearlescent powder finish paint:

(5) Asphalt/epoxy

Recommended dosage: 0.5-5.0% of total formula (please test the most appropriate dosage before use)

Usage: the temperature is best controlled below 60ºC when dispersing at high speed, stirring time is less than 30 minutes. The best method is: in a certain shear force and a short time, to make pre-dispersed slurry.
1. Direct addition method: directly add resin, solvent and 3010 after pre-mixing, disperse at high speed for 5 minutes, the temperature is controlled at 25ºC-60ºC, and then add other components.
2. Prepulping method: OARS are made and added to the system.
Prepulping formula: 6900-20X (20%), solvent (40%), resin (40%)

Steps:(1) Put the above materials into the kettle.
(2) Pre-disperse at 1000-1500 RPM for 2-3 minutes to uniform state.
(3) Add other ingredients, and disperse them at a rate of 1500-2000 RPM for 15-30 minutes at a temperature below 60ºC.

Packaging: 16kg non-recycled white iron drum; Before the product is fully used, the lid should be tightly closed after use.
