Product Description:
H03A resin is a highly methyletherated amino resin, solid content of more than 98%, the chemical name is Hmethoxymethyl melamine, as a methylene-white direct bonding system between rubber and skeleton materials, methylene donor, soluble in water and general organic solutions.
Product application description:
1, H03A reacts with methylene acceptor at vulcanization temperature to play a bonding role for rubber and skeleton materials. For example, it reacts with resorcinol formaldehyde resin GLR-20, adhesive RE, adhesive RS, etc., to produce thermosetting resin. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the mating system will be lost. Usually, the rubber compound composed of rubber, filler and methylene acceptor is prepared at a high temperature. Then, H03A and other compounding agents are added at the end of the mixing period.

1. The recommended ratio is 1.5-3 parts H03A combined with 2-5 parts GLR-20 resin or other methylene acceptor
