RT-3061 is an ultra-high molecular weight silicone aqueous dispersion with 60% active composition, which improves compatibility and reduces the possibility of shrinkage.
The RT-3061 additive uses new technology to apply ultra-high molecular weight silicone to water-based coatings. It can be used to improve the smoothness and feel of the coating surface, while improving scratch resistance and strengthening anti-adhesion. The compatibility with a variety of resin emulsions is improved and the possibility of shrinkage holes on the paint surface is reduced. The additive has low viscosity and is easy for customers to use.

Use:
The RT-3061 additive forms a water film on the bottom. Gentle mixing is strongly recommended before use. The water film has a normal appearance and does not affect the performance of the product. Based on the overall formulation, the recommended dosage of RT-3061 additive is 0.1 to 0.3% of the specification. The dosage can vary according to the customer's formulation and should be confirmed before industrial use. The RT-3061 additive has a low viscosity and can be added directly without dilution. It can also be diluted with water or cosolvent before adding.
