RK-8212 is a cost-effective silicone wetting agent, with ultra-low surface tension, does not improve smoothness, does not affect the adhesion fastness and recoating, a wide range of applications.
(1) Ultra-low surface tension (0.1% aqueous solution, static surface tension as low as 20.5mN/m)
(2) Excellent substrate wettability and permeability, effectively prevent shrinkage cavity
(3) Excellent resin miscibility

Application scope:
(1) ○ Water-based paint, ink
Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% for the total formula in the form of supply
(2) water fountain solution
Recommended dosage: 1.5-2.0% for the total formula in the form of supply
(3) water-based wood primer and water-based plastic paint
Recommended dosage: 0.2-0.3% of the total formula in supply form
(4) water-based leather coating or leather tanning
Recommended dosage: 0.3-0.5% of the total formula in the form of supply
(5) Metal paint
Recommended dosage: 0.3-0.5% of the total formula in the form of supply
(6) Petroleum extraction, cleaning and washing products
Recommended dosage: 0.6-1.0% of the total formula in the form of supply
Usage: pre-diluted or directly added to the coating in the form of supply.
Packing: 25kg, plastic drum / 200kg, iron drum.
Storage: Store in unopened original packaging for 12 months
Packing: 25KG non-recycled blue plastic drum. The product is not completely used, need to tighten the lid after use.
