Features and advantages:
R1205 emulsion is a non-ionic oil-in-water emulsion based on modified polyethylene wax. Improves the surface properties of water-based printing inks and coatings, and acts as an anti-caking agent in thermoplastic and hot melt adhesives.

  1. Coatings and printing inks: In water-based coatings, this additive improves scratch resistance. In the printing ink, it can especially increase the wear resistance, and the surface smoothness and anti-adhesion are also improved.
  2. Adhesive: Used as an anti-adhesion agent in the underwater granulation process of hot melt adhesives to obtain a free-flowing and non-adhesive granular material.
  3. Thermoplastics: Granular thermoplastics tend to agglomerate and agglomerate under pressure and heat, and R1205 forms a protective layer covering the colloids, thus forming non-adhesive and free-flowing granules.
