Features and advantages:
S-816 is a special additive for metal powder bonding, which is suitable for metal effect powder coatings of different systems.
1. Prevent the adhesion of powder particles in the bonding process
2. Increase the bonding temperature and improve the bonding effect of metal coating
3. Reduce the amount of metal pigment required for metal effect powder coating

Addition amount and use method:
1. The amount of metal bonding additives added to S-816 is generally 0.2-1.5%
2. Using the heating equipment, add S-816 with the base powder into the hot mixing cylinder, stir to about 65ºC, stir slowly, add metal pigment powder, control the temperature for 10-25 minutes, discharge the powder to the cold mixing cylinder, stir slowly, cool the powder quickly to below 35ºC, mix in the flow additives, discharge the material through the screen.
Storage: It should be stored in a clean, ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid impurities
