Features and advantages:
1.The emulsion is a non-ionic oil-in-water emulsion of high molecular compounds. Mainly used in water automotive coatings, industrial coatings, wood furniture coatings and other industries.
2.Applied in water-based coating systems, rheological additives improve the orientation of effect pigments and reduce cloud patches/flecks. At the same time, the deposition of the coating in storage and processing is reduced. The R1001 is ideal for improving rheological properties and brightness using pigment pastes without cosolvent effects.

Product application:

1. It is usually recommended that the addition amount is 5-10%, and the addition process and amount can be implemented according to the customer's on-site situation.
2. Adding Method and Processing instructions R1001 should be added at a low shear rate after the addition of the effect pigment. No need to dilute with water in advance. Because R1001 is acidic, the PH of the system is reduced. Therefore, it is recommended to adjust the PH to 9-9.5 before adding additives. The final viscosity cannot be adjusted with a viscosity cup, but can be adjusted with a rotary viscometer (e.g., a Brookfield viscometer).
