RD-9103 is a 100% active polymer dispersant capable of improving organic/inorganic pigments in coatings and inks
Dispersion and stability of the system, especially carbon black.

Application: aniline inks, waterborne paints and inks, polyurethane systems, two-component acrylic systems, automotive coatings, etc
Recommended dosage:
Inorganic pigments 4-8%
Organic pigments 8-15%
Titanium dioxide 0.5-1%
Carbon black 30-80%
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the best dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Usage: in order to obtain the best performance, the resin and solvent components are pre-mixed, slowly add additives, mix evenly, and then add pigment. If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear force conditions.
Packing: 25KG/ drum or 200KG/ drum
Storage: It is recommended to store at 10-35ºC and avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life of intact packaged products is 24 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
