Acrylic acid base swelling thickener

ASE-60

Features and advantages:
1. Ase-60 is a non-associating anionic base swelling thickener. It is a crosslinked polyacrylic acid emulsion containing acidic groups.
2. Ase-60 has no association structure in its molecules and is insensitive to emulsions and emulsifiers. It has strong versatility in various formulations. Ase-60 can effectively improve the low shear viscosity and make the coating have high pseudoplasticity. It can be used as main thickener or co-thickener to obtain excellent water resistance.
3. The coating with ASE-60 as the main thickener has a higher yield value and produces gel structure, which is suitable for preparing three-dimensional pattern effect of wool or relief paint, but the amount of ASE-60 is too large when used alone.

USES:
1, emulsified silicone oil defoaming agent, the recommended amount of 1-3%
2, fabric coating glue, recommended to add 0.5-1%
3, coating printing glue, recommended to add 1-3%
4, pressure sensitive adhesive emulsion, recommended to add 0.5-1%
5, the recommended amount of inner and outer wall latex paint is 0.2-0.6%
6, water-based ink, recommended to add 0.5-1%
7, water-based coating adhesive, recommended to add 0.2-0.5%

Recommended dosage: add 0.5~2.0% to the total amount of paint (finished product form), the specific dosage should be subject to the experiment;

Usage: before use, adjust PH value of thickening system to 8 ~ 9 with ammonia water, then dilute ASE-60 with water in a ratio of 1:2, and add slowly under low speed stirring.

Packing: 50kg plastic drum/ton drum;

Storage: the product should be sealed and placed in a cool, dry and ventilated place. If it cannot be used all at once, tighten the cover after use to prevent caking or crusting.
