Base paste preparation:
1. Feeding sequence
Soft water (or tap water) -- anti-dye salt -- urea -- sodium hexametaphosphate (soft water can not be added, such as water quality hard can be added) -- baking soda -- stir for 5 minutes to dissolve -- sodium alginate -- stir for 30 minutes --RT-3810-- fill water and stir for 30 minutes -- base paste (spare)
Note: If conditions permit, the base paste can be placed for 8 hours.
Note:
1. The factory can choose the proportion of the dosage of basic paste according to the depth of dye and the type of machine. You can also adjust the amount of RT-3810 base paste according to your own situation.
2, the amount of urea according to the factory fabric fiber type and process to choose the appropriate proportion.
