RT-3066 is a dispersible silicone additive that is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersion. This product is smooth, can give the leather surface soft feel, has excellent wear resistance, improve waterproof performance, does not contain fluorescent agent.

Main Applications: RT-3066 as an additive is compatible with common acrylic resins and polyurethanes to improve softness and wear resistance, dispersing in water and solvent systems. Suitable solvents include ethanol, ethylene glycol, and dimethylformamide.
Usage method:
- lRT-3066 is used as an additive for leather surface treatment. The amount can be adjusted between 0.5 and 4.0% according to the properties of the formula. Add as a smooth adjustment, usually 0.5%.
- l due to the high viscosity paste properties of the RT-3066 additive. In order to avoid uneven dispersion in the product, it is recommended to use 40% RT-3066 and 60% diluent to make the base material before adding the product formula.
- l The finished leather surface is treated by conventional methods. Because of the excellent compatibility of the RT-3066 additive with the organic resin, it usually does not contaminate the process rolls.

Storage:Unopened below 38 °C, stored away from light, shelf life is 18 months from the date of production.
Packing: 25KG non-recycled blue plastic drum. The product is not completely used, need to tighten the lid after use.
